Oretta Rangoni Machiavelli was born in Pisa, has lived and worked for many years in Rome and Venice. She was a student of Avenali, Assenza, Lipinski, Oppo and Ziveri. She studied at the French Academy in Villa Medici, in the Capital, at the Roman Academy and at the Institute of Art. Oretta has cultivated various techniques, including fresco and engraving. Her works appear in numerous private collections and museums in Italy and abroad. She paints with an overwhelming passion that is directly transposed onto the canvas with a lively, dynamic and exuberant color. Color is the structural element of her visions, which transmits the happiness' immediacy and spontaneity of the artist's sensations experienced in front of the subjetcs that have captured her attention, unleashing her irrepressible pictorial emotion.
