Monica Di Bartolo is an Italian abstract painter, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, she followed several specialization courses in fresco and pigments.
His works are silent explorations of inner emotions that result in a snapshot of the present moment. What prevails for Monica Di Bartolo is the principle according to which everything is a spiritual entity, the search for conscience and the contemplation of art as a sacred moment. He uses different materials often mixed together, preferring acrylic, which better communicates the existential state of his works. Use large brushes and different materials to achieve painterly effects and color overlays, which are captured in the depth of the layers and the smooth flow of movement.
