Mariaconcetta Giuntini

I studied Painting disciplines at the Art Institute of Siracusa. In Florence I graduated in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts. In 2010 I made a fresco painting for the I.O.T Hospital in Florence.
In 2013 I made a fresco painting for the Nossa Senhora da Piedade church, in Recife, in Brazil.
In 2015 I made a silicati mural painting at the Willner Bauerei, for Coffi Film and Art Festival in Berlin. I have participated in many exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including the Florence Biennale.
In my work the informal and experiential dimension is predominant, as well as gestures as a visual and tangible translation of inner research. I consider the movement as a metaphor for the man who experiences a continuous evolution, which is the very process of life.
I perceive the human being in his constant being "in search of", and it is precisely in this constant to seek (to seek oneself) among the things of the world, which recognizes man the possibility of being.
