I have always had a passion for painting, since I was a child I had a strong attraction for drawings and colors and for me painting manages to create those emotions comparable to the most abstract of the arts: music.
I see a symbiosis between painting and music in the composition between melody and harmony , words and forms, rhythm and sign. All this creates an image rich in chromatic suggestions that aim at contemplating the work in its deepest meaning.
Painting is an existential fact, linked to everyday life, finding the identity of one’s own life, a fusion of past, present and future, all that life is, hope for a better future, not with the pretense of changing the world, but with the conscious will to know where to stand.
